- The above prices include a discount on current rates; they are special prices for event participants.
- To benefit from these prices, the hotel provides a PROMOTIONAL CODE for event attendees.
- These prices will apply on the indicated dates as long as the room quota is not sold out or until 26/01/26, whichever comes first. After that, prices may increase due to high demand and hotel occupancy. For this reason, WMS organization strongly recommends booking accommodation at the hotel as soon as possible.

Discount code conditions:
- The code can be used for bookings between Wednesday 25.02.2026 and Wednesday 04.03.2026. If you need to book outside these dates, please consult the organization.
NOTE: If the reservation is made through the hotel’s website without applying the promotional code and selecting the previously specified rate, the standard internet prices will apply, which may be higher. In addition, more restrictive conditions and clauses could be applied (e.g., advance payment, stricter cancellation policies, minimum number of nights stay, etc.).
